Laminate is one of the most popular choices for living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms because it looks good, wears well, and is relatively affordable. We lay all types of laminate including click-fit and tongue-and-groove systems, getting the subfloor flat and using proper underlay, expansion gaps, and transition strips. Luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and sheet vinyl are ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and utility rooms where water resistance matters. LVT comes in plank and tile formats and can convincingly replicate wood, stone, and concrete effects. We fit both click-lock LVT and glue-down systems, and handle the subfloor preparation that LVT demands, including levelling and priming.

We fit carpets across all room types, including stairs, landings, and oddly shaped rooms. This includes measuring, cutting, fitting gripper rods, laying underlay, and stretching the carpet for a smooth, wrinkle-free finish. If old carpet needs removing first, we take it up, dispose of it, and prepare the floor underneath before the new carpet goes down.

The quality of any flooring installation depends on what is underneath it. Uneven concrete, damaged floorboards, or old adhesive residue will all cause problems with the finished floor. We level concrete subfloors with self-levelling compound, replace damaged timber boards, and remove old adhesive or tile residue before laying new flooring. This preparation is not optional: it is the reason professional flooring looks and lasts better than DIY attempts.

If your laminate has lifted, your vinyl is peeling, or your floorboards are creaking, we can repair rather than replace where possible. For laminate and LVT, individual planks can often be swapped out. For timber floors, we re-fix loose boards, fill gaps, and sand down high spots.
