EPDM is the system we recommend for most domestic flat roofs. It is laid as a single sheet with no seams across the main roof area, so there is nothing to split or perish in the way old felt does. With proper installation it lasts 25+ years, handles UV and frost without issue and does not need recoating. Ideal for extension roofs, garages and dormers.
GRP Fibreglass Flat Roofs
GRP gives you a hard, seamless finish that walks well, stands up to foot traffic and looks tidy from any window above. It is a great choice for balconies, walk-on terraces and any flat roof where you want something more rigid than rubber.
