Torch-On Felt Roofs
We install three-layer torch-on felt systems with a vapour layer, underlay and mineral cap sheet. The layers are heat-bonded together so there are no nails, no gaps and a fully sealed finish. We replace any soft decking first, fit new edge trims and detail the upstands and gulleys properly so water has nowhere to sit and nowhere to creep in.
Felt Roof Repairs & Patching
Not every felt roof needs replacing. Splits, blisters, lifted seams and tired flashings can usually be patched and re-sealed to buy you several more years of useful life. We will take an honest look at what you have got and tell you straight whether a repair or a re-cover is the better call — and we will quote both, so you can decide.
