Building Services in Hassocks

Hassocks sits at the foot of the South Downs, midway between Brighton and Haywards Heath, and is a popular commuter village with a mix of property types. You will find everything from Victorian cottages on the older streets to 1930s semi-detached houses, post-war council-built estates, and modern developments. Each type brings its own maintenance patterns: older cottages need periodic repointing, window repair, and plaster work; 1930s semis commonly need gutter replacement, fascia repairs, and kitchen or bathroom updates; and newer properties often need fencing, flooring, and finishing work.
